These Terms of Use govern your use of tiwaritube.com, operated by Prakhush Technologies LLP (“TiwariTube”). By using the site you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. Accounts are personal. Sharing logins or reselling access is not allowed and may lead to suspension.
2. Courses and content
Course content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning (or for your employer’s internal training under a company plan). You may not download, record, copy, share or redistribute course videos or materials without written permission.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans, prices and billing periods are shown at checkout. Prices exclude GST unless stated. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Corporate training
Corporate engagements are governed by the proposal or agreement signed with the client, which prevails over these terms where they differ.
5. Trainer terms
- Trainers must be approved by TiwariTube before publishing.
- Trainers confirm that their content is original or properly licensed, and does not infringe copyright, trademarks or confidentiality, including vendor-owned training material.
- Trainers grant TiwariTube a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, market and sell their courses on the platform.
- Earnings are paid as per the revenue share shown in the trainer dashboard, after applicable fees and taxes (including TDS as required by law). Payouts are made monthly once the minimum balance is reached.
- Trainers will indemnify TiwariTube against claims arising from their content.
- TiwariTube may review, edit metadata of, or remove content that breaks these terms or quality standards.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful or unlawful content, harass others or post spam. Reviews and Q&A must be honest and respectful.
7. Trademarks
SAP, Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft, Google and other names are trademarks of their respective owners. TiwariTube is an independent training provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by these companies. Certification exams are conducted by the respective vendors.
8. Disclaimer and liability
Courses are provided for education. We do not guarantee jobs, certifications or specific results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will post the updated version on this page.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction. Contact our Grievance Officer at pravinkumartiwari001@gmail.com for any complaint.
