This policy applies to purchases on tiwaritube.com operated by Prakhush Technologies LLP.
1. Individual subscriptions
- Monthly plans: cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the paid month. Monthly fees are not refundable once the period starts.
- Yearly plans: full refund if you request it within 7 days of purchase and have completed less than 20% of any course. After that, cancellation stops the next renewal.
2. Team plans
Team plans can be cancelled for the next renewal. Unused seats are not refundable during the term unless agreed in writing.
3. Corporate training
Live batches and onsite workshops follow the cancellation terms in the signed proposal. By default, cancellations more than 7 days before the start date get a full refund, 3–7 days a 50% refund, and less than 3 days no refund. Rescheduling is free once if requested 3 or more days in advance.
4. How to request a refund
Email pravinkumartiwari001@gmail.com with your account email and order details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
