This Privacy Policy explains how TiwariTube (“we”, “us”), operated by Prakhush Technologies LLP, collects and uses personal data when you use tiwaritube.com. We process personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and other applicable laws.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, password (stored encrypted) and profile details.
- Enquiry data: details you submit in demo, quote, contact, plan or trainer forms, such as company, team size and course interest.
- Learning data: courses enrolled, progress, quiz results and certificates.
- Payment data: when paid plans are available, payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not store full card details.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device and cookies used for security, analytics and site performance.
2. How we use your data
- To provide courses, accounts, certificates and support.
- To respond to demo, quote and contact requests.
- To review trainer applications and pay trainers.
- To send service messages and, with your consent, updates about courses. You can unsubscribe anytime.
- To keep the platform secure and improve it.
3. Legal basis and consent
We process your data based on your consent (for example when you submit a form or create an account) and for legitimate uses permitted by law, such as providing the service you requested.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run TiwariTube (hosting, email, analytics, payments, video hosting), with trainers for the courses you join (limited to what they need to teach you), with your employer if your access is provided through a company plan (progress and completion reports), or when required by law. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
We keep data while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above or legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, completion or erasure of your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate another person to exercise your rights. Contact our Grievance Officer below.
7. Children
TiwariTube is intended for adults and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18 without verifiable parental consent.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies for login and security, and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies in your browser.
